Two Tensors: Terms of Service

Welcome to Two Tensors, a privacy-focused AI image cleaning service. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for notifying us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, store, or distribute any content that:
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where the Service operates.
- Depicts, sexualizes, or exploits minors in any way, including CSAM or any content that could reasonably be interpreted as such. This is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or rights of privacy.
- Uses reference images, training data, or other inputs that you do not own or do not have a valid license to use.
- Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or impersonation.
- Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or is designed to harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person or group.
- Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead (e.g., disinformation, fake identity documents, forged signatures, counterfeit goods).
- Contains malware, attempts to exploit, probe, or overload the Service, or attempts to circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or access controls.
4. Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to any input you provide, including uploaded images. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you retain ownership of the outputs you create through the Service, and you are responsible for how you use them. We make no warranty that outputs are free of third-party rights, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use does not infringe on anyone's rights.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract model weights or training data; (b) resell or redistribute API access or credits without written permission; (c) use the Service to build a competing product; (d) misuse bug bounties, referral programs, or promotional credits.
6. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
Paid features are billed via our payment processor. Credits and subscription benefits are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not apply retroactively to credits already purchased.
7. Content Moderation
We use automated and manual review to enforce these Terms. We may refuse, filter, blur, or remove any content at our discretion, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Machine-learning output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or ineffective for your intended use; you use it at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Tensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Two Tensors harmless from any claim, damages, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your inputs, your outputs, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
