Two Tensors: Safety Guidelines

Two Tensors is a privacy-focused AI image cleaning service. To keep the Service useful and safe for everyone, all users must agree to the following safety guidelines. These complement — and do not replace — our Terms of Service.
1. No Content Involving Minors
You must never attempt to upload, process, request, or distribute any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content depicting anyone who is or appears to be a minor. This is an absolute, no-exceptions rule. Violations result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC.
2. No Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery
Do not upload, process, request, or distribute nudity, sexual content, or intimate content depicting a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent. "Deepfakes" or face-swaps of real people into sexual, harassing, or defamatory contexts are strictly prohibited.
3. Respect Copyright and Ownership
Only upload reference images, photos, or other inputs that you own or that you have a valid license to use. Do not use the Service to reproduce copyrighted characters, artworks, photographs, logos, or other protected material in ways that infringe on the rights of the owner. When in doubt, don't upload it.
4. No Impersonation or Fraud
Do not use the Service with content intended to impersonate real people, forge identity documents, create fake signatures, counterfeit currency or goods, or mislead others about the origin of the content. Disclose clearly when content is AI-generated if there is any chance it could be mistaken for reality.
5. No Harassment, Hate, or Violence
Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, dox, defame, or incite violence against any person or group. Do not process or distribute content that promotes terrorism, self-harm, or violent extremism.
6. No Illegal Content
Do not use the Service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where the Service operates. This includes, but is not limited to, depictions of illegal activity that are themselves unlawful to produce or possess.
7. Don't Try to Circumvent Safety Systems
Do not attempt to jailbreak prompts, evade content filters, use adversarial prompts, or otherwise circumvent the safety mechanisms of the Service. Attempting to do so is itself a violation and may result in termination.
8. Account Security
Use a strong, unique password. Do not share your account. Keep your recovery email secure. Two Tensors will never ask you for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.
9. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to info@twotensors.ai. We take reports seriously and investigate promptly.
10. Enforcement
We use a combination of automated filters and human review. Violations may result in warning, content removal, credit forfeiture, suspension, or permanent termination, depending on severity. Severe violations (especially category 1) result in immediate termination without refund.
