Two Tensors: Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Two Tensors collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.
1. Information You Provide
Account. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you subscribe or purchase credits, our payment processor collects the information needed to complete the transaction (see "Payments" below) — we do not store your full payment card details.
Content. Images you upload or generate are processed to deliver the Service to you and are kept associated with your account so you can view and download them later. This includes automated upload validation, safety checks, cleanup-difficulty scoring, image cleaning, abuse prevention, and account-history features. We do not use user images to train models, build marketing materials, run analytics, improve products, or sell data.
2. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Both are privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics services that do not track individuals across sites, do not build user profiles, and are designed to be compliant with the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, and similar laws. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other cross-site tracking tools.
3. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Payments
Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). When you pay, Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly under its own privacy policy. We receive a customer identifier, status of the transaction, and the amount — we do not receive or store your full card number.
5. Email
We use your email address to send transactional messages (account verification, password resets, receipts, important account notifications) and, only if you opt in, occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
6. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service.
- To validate uploads, estimate cleanup difficulty, and generate cleaned outputs.
- To process payments and deliver credits / subscriptions.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, transactional email), under contracts that restrict their use of the data, and when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
8. International Transfers
The Service may be operated from, and your data processed in, countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
9. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we soft-delete your personal identifiers (email, password) while retaining billing records required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of additional data by contacting us; we will honor the request to the extent permitted by law.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact info@twotensors.ai.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
